Migration of 7 On-Prem Systems to the AWS Cloud

In one of our recent projects, we successfully completed the full migration of seven on-premises systems to the AWS Cloud. This complex task involved a thorough analysis of the existing IT infrastructure, planning the migration path, and the step-by-step transfer of the systems. We placed particular emphasis on minimizing operational disruptions while ensuring the highest security standards. By leveraging AWS services, we not only significantly reduced operating costs but also greatly improved the scalability and flexibility of the systems.

(Further) Development of Existing Python + Angular Applications

Our expertise in the development and enhancement of applications is particularly evident in our work with Python and Angular. For one of our clients, we analyzed and significantly improved existing applications. The new features and optimizations we implemented greatly increased the performance and user-friendliness of the applications. By using modern frameworks and best practices, we ensured long-term maintainability and expandability of the codebase.

Consulting & Training Internal Developers on Cloud, Pipelines, CDE

Another highlight of our portfolio is consulting and training internal development teams of our clients. In multiple workshops and intensive training programs, we provided in-depth knowledge in the areas of cloud technologies, Continuous Deployment/Integration (CDE), and pipeline management. This enabled us to sustainably increase the productivity of the teams and equip them with the necessary know-how to independently develop and operate high-performance and secure cloud solutions.

Design and Implementation of a New Serverless Architecture

For another client, we designed and implemented an innovative serverless architecture. This architecture leverages cutting-edge cloud services, allowing applications to run without the need for server management. By implementing Functions-as-a-Service (FaaS) and other serverless components, we significantly improved the responsiveness and scalability of the applications. This solution not only saved the client operating costs but also reduced the complexity of their IT infrastructure.

(Further) Development of Azure Pipelines

In another project, we optimized and further developed a client's existing CI/CD environment using Azure Pipelines. In addition to implementing new pipelines to automate the entire development and deployment process, we also analyzed and improved existing pipelines. Through targeted adjustments and the use of best practices, we significantly increased the efficiency and reliability of the build and deployment processes, thereby reducing the time-to-market for new features.
